Justice Chime has nearly sixteen years of technology experiences in software, and oil and gas industry, with the last twelve years dedicated to ICT projects, training and courses across three continents (Africa, EU and USA).

Engr. Justice has managed and participated in banking software development, quality assurance and due diligence of accomplish famous banking software; Rubkion universal banking software unit, Aurora (ERP), Equinox/Pheonix operating systems upgrade while at; Neptune Software Group, UK, Computer Systems Associates (CSA), Nigeria, Neptune Financial Software Pvt, (Chennai) India.

In addition to software infrastructure development and deployment, he worked as the regional sales director in Southern and West Africa for Neptune Software Group. Engr. Justice has also held a sensitive position in Tenece Professional Services; there he was appointed the director northern region and public sector in Nigeria.

Before forming Solution In Motion Group, Engr. Justice has also planned and supervised movement of petroleum products across Nigeria Pipeline and Petroleum Marketing Company (a subsidiary of Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation) pipeline infrastructure as Petroleum product dispatch and pressurized Tank-farm engineer. He has project management (software development and deployment, Quality assurance and testing) experience in Africa, UK and India.

Justice Chime holds a Masters in Industrial Production Engineering and has a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering. Also he has certifications in Oracle, Solaris, Microsoft solution suites among other leadership courses.

MOHAMMED GADO

Executive Director

Mr. Mohammed Gado is a season geologist and he has more than a decade experience in Oil and Gas industry and mining, and solid mineral. Mr. Gado has managed and participated in port and shipping due diligence and privatization projects, marine, truck terminal feasibility studies, shipping rate and level of service reviews and port traffic forecasts while at associated Maritime Services Limited, Port HarCourt. Nigeria.

At Amni International Petroleum Development, he was the chief quality assurance geologist, he supervise the result of well logging and testing, API crude test and geological surveys, collecting and recording of geology seismic data samples.

Also. he worked as a safety prevention officer at Port HarCourt Refinery (a subsidiary of Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation) where he oversees spreadsheet for all observation cards, incident reports and preventative actions.

Prior to joining Solution In Motion Group as a director, Mr. Mohammed is the senior special assistant to the Government of Niger State; he held this position for more than 4 years. Also he is a certified geo-mineral scientist from Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON). SON No: ISO 9000-2000.

Mohammed Gabo holds a Bachelor of Science degree Geology and has a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management.

ADAEZE CHIME

Adaeze joined Solution In Motion as Director Finance and Admin on April 1st, 2015.

Prior to Solution In Motion Group, she was with Diamond Bank PLC, Nigeria for 9 years and has also had a stint of service with the Royal Mail group in the United Kingdom.

She has a M.Sc.in Project Management from the University of Sunderland, UK and a B.A. In English Language and Literature from the University of Lagos. Nigeria.

Legal Adviser & Company Secretary

Barrister Stephen Mgbemere is very erudite personality with legal experience spanning almost two decades. He has carved a niche for himself in legal business.

He worked as a principal partner in Abudusalam and Associates – a Solicitor and consultant for a while before founding his own S.I.C Mgbemere & Co.

Stephen is a graduate of Law from University of Calabar and was called to bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1995.
